As much as I hate their obsession with eating sheep & deer poo at every opportunity, I'm grateful to these sheepies over the years, for being able to have dogs that don't bother livestock. A very, very important confidence to have in the countryside. I've seen these poor sheep being chased many a time. All sorts of breeds, even two Lhasa Apsos last year. 20minutes before they got tired & stopped 😫 Several lambs have disappeared too, and 14 adults year before last the farmer told me. I'll just never understand why some people don't care & let their dogs off lead in fields clearly with livestock in, and/or open gates and leave them wide open! Anyway, happy Wednesday 😊 🐑 #flatcoatedretriever #gundog #thecountrysidecode #thegreatoutdoors #farming
